Eric Griffin grew up in Boston. He was dedicated to music from a very early age. Eric joined Murderdolls at the same time as Ben Graves. They had been playing together in a local LA band called Synical.
Tripp originally called Eric to ask if he knew of anyone who could fill in the drummer position in the Murderdolls. Eric, however, refused to give Ben up!!
A week later, singer Dizzy Draztik left the band, and Wednesday 13 moved from bass to vocals. Tripp called Eric again, and both he and Ben joined the band.

He can be spotted in Static-X's "Cold" video, Alien Ant Farm's "Movies", Deftones' "Back To School", a Goo-Goo Dolls video, and in the movie "Queen of the Damned"
The first record he bought was Dynasty by KISS, when he was 6.
He went to his first gig with his mum when he was 12. It was Motley Crue.
